Group Visit

Brown has a busy campus and many visitors. Accordingly, groups larger than 10 people are required to contact us at least three weeks in advance to schedule a visit.

Due to growing concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19, University administrators recently made the difficult decision to cancel all large on-campus events beginning March 11. Unfortunately, this includes all group visits.

Approval is not guaranteed; however, more advanced notice may increase the likelihood of accommodation. We cannot always guarantee a specific tour slot and appreciate your flexibility with our published tour and information session schedules. 

Please note that due to high demand for group visits, our office cannot accommodate students below high school age. We are also unable to accommodate group tours in April due to high visitor volume.
