Morgan Anderson

Biography

Hey y’all! My name is Morgan, and I’m a junior from Cordele, Georgia, a small town about three hours south of Atlanta. At Brown, I’m double-concentrating in Sociology and Education, though I’ve also explored courses in English and Literary Arts. Outside the classroom, I’m involved in several student groups, including Rural Students @ Brown and the Southern Students Association, where I serve as vice president. I’m also an editor for The Rib, a comedy group and publication here at Brown. I also write and contribute to Brown Music Review. As for my primary passion of education access, I serve as a member of Students for Educational Equity on the Admissions and Access team and I work as a Bruno Leader during freshman orientation. Feel free to reach out with any questions, whether about being a first-generation, low-income student at Brown or how to keep your dorm stocked with Dr Pepper!
