Maya Julian-Kwong
Biography
| Hi! My name is Maya Julian-Kwong and I am from the Bay Area, California. I am a member of the class of 2026, and I am concentrating in Neuroscience with a certificate in data fluency. I am also on the pre-medical track. Outside of academics, I do off-campus research at a psychiatric hospital, where I focus on studies involving neurodegenerative diseases. I am a Meiklejohn Peer advisor, meaning I advise first-years as they adjust to all aspects of Brown. I am also on the e-board for KDSAP (Kidney Disease Screening and Awareness Program), and I am an advocate for a club called Connect for Health, which connects patients at local clinics to community resources. Other than that, I enjoy rock climbing in Providence, I love participating in the K-pop dance group on campus, and I am a serious food fanatic for restaurants in the area!
