Biography
| Hi!! My name is Emma Ferraro and I’m a member of the class of 2027 from Smithfield, Rhode Island—just a quick 25-minute drive from campus. At Brown, I am studying Chemical Engineering with the long-term goal of working in the renewable energy industry. Outside of academics, I am very involved in Brown’s figure skating club, where I compete and teach learn-to-skate classes. I also participate in Brown’s Science Olympiad and Women in Science and Engineering, and I serve as a Meiklejohn Peer Advisor. In my free time, you can find me playing my guitar, exploring new music, reading and journaling, or enjoying a peaceful walk!
